Vegan Mango Smoothie!

Ingreidents:

1 Mango

1/2 carrot

1 cup almond milk

3 teaspoons maple syrup


Directions:

  1. cut the mango into pieces and put it into the blender

  2. shred the carrot with a grater and put in into the blender

  3. add the almond mil and maple syrup into the blender as well

  4. Blend till smooth

  5. ENJOY!















The white part on top is almond milk I like mine with extra milk! :)
